- Vaccines, deworming, and all vet records
- Socialization, including car trips, naps, feeding, bite inhibition, handling with care, children, and much more
- Stage appropriate exercise and early neurological stimulation (ENS), beginning at birth
- Collar and food
- Lifetime support and peer owner support group
- Non breeding clause, unless arranged selectively
